Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Neurasoft Limited(company number 16575467, registered office Northgate House North Gate, New Basford, Nottingham, United Kingdom, NG7 7BQ) for the use of Nova Agents. By creating an account you accept them.
What the service is
Nova lets you configure AI voice assistants, attach telephone numbers to them, and have those assistants answer and place calls on your behalf. It transcribes and summarises those calls, and can take appointment bookings.
Your account
- You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Anything done through your account is your responsibility.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract, and if you are signing up for a business you must be authorised to bind it.
- We may suspend an account that is being used in breach of these terms, or where payment has failed. Where we can, we will tell you first.
Plans, credit and payment
Nova is sold as prepaid talk time and as monthly subscriptions. Starter is £29 a month including 200 minutes; Pro is £79 a month including 750 minutes. Enterprise is priced per agreement. Credit packs run from £10 for 75 minutes to £100 for 1000 minutes.
- Included minutes are used first each month; beyond them, calls draw on prepaid credit. Unused monthly minutes do not roll over.
- Prepaid credit does not expire while your account is open. It is not refundable for cash and has no value outside Nova.
- Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel any time and you keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Calls are cut short when your balance cannot fund them. Keeping enough credit for the calls you expect is your responsibility.
- Prices are in pounds sterling. Where VAT applies it is shown at checkout.
Telephone numbers
You can use a number we provide or connect one from your own Twilio, Telnyx or Plivo account. Nova never releases a number at the provider — not one of ours and certainly not one of yours. Disconnecting a number removes it from Nova and leaves it in the account that owns it, for you to keep or release yourself.
Your obligations when using assistants
You are the data controller for your callers. In particular:
- You must tell callers that calls are answered by an AI, where the law requires it. Nova says this automatically at the start of every call, and it is on by default — if you switch it off, the obligation is still yours.
- You must have a lawful basis for the calls you place and the data you collect, and must honour the rights of the people you speak to.
- You must not use an assistant to impersonate a real person or organisation you have no right to represent.
Acceptable use
You must not use Nova to:
- make unsolicited marketing or bulk automated calls in breach of PECR, the Telephone Preference Service, or the equivalent rules where you or the person you are calling is located;
- deceive, defraud, phish for credentials or payment details, or run any kind of scam;
- harass, threaten, abuse anyone, or call a person who has asked you to stop;
- provide emergency, medical, legal or financial advice on which someone might rely to their harm, or hold an assistant out as a substitute for a qualified professional or an emergency service. Nova must never be used for emergency calls;
- break the law, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to breach, overload or reverse-engineer the service or the accounts of others.
Breach of this section is grounds for immediate suspension without notice, because the harm lands on people who never agreed to anything.
Availability
We work to keep Nova running but do not promise uninterrupted service, and we depend on telephony and AI providers we do not control. We give no uptime guarantee unless we have agreed one with you in writing.
What the assistants say
Assistants are AI. They can be wrong, and they will occasionally say something you would not have said. You choose the instructions they follow, you are responsible for what they say on your behalf, and you should review transcripts for anything that matters. Nova is a tool, not an employee.
Your data
Your content stays yours. We process it to run the service, as set out in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement. You can export your assistants and delete your data at any time.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost goodwill or indirect loss, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We can end this agreement on 30 days' notice, or immediately for a serious or repeated breach. On termination your access stops and your data is deleted after a short grace period; export anything you want to keep before then.
Changes
We may change these terms. For material changes we will give notice by email before they take effect, and continuing to use Nova afterwards means you accept them.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Notices to us go to support@neurasoft.ltd.
